It is obvious that in the conditions of significant financial and economic activity it is impossible to carry out correspondence by forces of a limited contingent, and in the conditions of development of means of electronic communication correspondence is carried out by means of messengers and e-mail by means of personal contacts.
At present, often judicial correspondence is conducted mainly in electronic form, which however does not negate the need for formal communication with the judicial authorities through the submission of documents on paper with the application of duly certified documentary evidence of certain arguments.
Thus, the need for the participation of legal counsel in the implementation of a correspondence is necessary in the case of preparation and direction of material for financial and economic activities of correspondence, including judicial nature.
