Registration of joint-stock companies (public joint-stock companies (PAO) or joint-stock companies (AO))

When registering amendments to a company’s constituent documents, we do the following:

• Prepare and execute a set of documents for registration of amendments to the company’s constituent documents
• Submit the documents to a registering authority and obtain relevant documents
• Obtain a certificate of registration of amendments to constituent documents
